What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address and — if you give it — your email. We use these to fulfil and support your order.

When you browse: we run our own first-party analytics rather than a third-party tracker. We do not store your IP address. Instead we derive a salted, truncated hash from your IP and browser string, which lets us count visitors without being able to identify them. We store only the host of the site that referred you, never the full URL, because full referrer URLs frequently contain other people's personal data.

What we do not do: we do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not load third-party tracking scripts.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies: your session (if you sign in), your basket, your wishlist, your language preference, and one analytics session identifier. None are used for advertising.

Retention

Analytics events are deleted after a fixed retention window. Order records are kept as long as needed for business and accounting purposes.
