How delivery works

Delivery fees and estimated times depend on your area — select yours at checkout and the fee is calculated before you confirm anything.

How plants are packaged

Plants travel upright with the root ball secured so the substrate cannot shift, and taller specimens are braced. Pots travel separately from soft foliage where that reduces the risk of damage.

On arrival

Unpack it the same day. Give it water if the substrate is dry, put it in the light conditions listed on its product page, and leave it alone for a week — a plant that has just moved does not also need repotting.

Some leaf movement or a dropped lower leaf after transit is normal. Significant damage is not: send us a photo the same day and we will make it right.

Collection

Collection from the shop is available. Choose it at checkout to skip the delivery fee.
