Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it separately, and we may decline an order where an item is genuinely unavailable or the delivery address falls outside the areas we serve.

Prices

Prices are shown in Jordanian dinars and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery is calculated separately by area.

Living products

Plants are living things. Leaf shape, size and colour vary between individual specimens, and the plant you receive will not be identical to the photograph. Some settling — a dropped lower leaf, slight movement — is normal after transit.

Payment

Offline payment methods are as offered at checkout. Where online payment is not shown, it is not currently available.

Availability

Stock levels are shown per item. Where an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will contact you rather than substitute something else without asking.

Specific commercial terms, returns windows and jurisdiction are configured by the shop and should be confirmed before relying on them.
